My recent stay at this hotel was truly remarkable! the staff here is simply outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, perfect for vegetarians like me. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for a relaxing stay. the location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby conveniences.

One thing that could be improved is the noise insulation in the rooms. the water flow from the shower should be redirected to prevent flooding in the bathroom.

LOVED the poolside snack bar. Would definitely choose again. Even better than in photos!

My wife says that the pool area could benefit from more family-friendly activities for children, such as organized games or a dedicated play area.

I chose this hotel for a council and found it perfectly located for both business and leisure in Dubai. The staff was courteous, and the restaurant service, particularly during breakfast, was exceptional.

The only service I missed for my work was a faster response time from the front desk during check-in.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing experience at this jaw-dropping hotel! The brand new facilities including the stunning rooms, pools, and breakfast were all super impressive. But what really stood out was the amazing staff, particularly Mr. Avais and Mr. Faraz. Let me share a real story with you: We had forgotten some important legal papers in our room, which were as crucial as our passports. We only realized this after passing passport control at the Dubai airport. We desperately needed the papers for a customs application before our flight. Even though it seemed impossible, I called the hotel management and explained our situation. Without hesitation, they assured me that they would do whatever it takes to ensure we catch our flight on time. They immediately sent a staff member to the airport, who spent 1-2 hours retrieving the papers for us. Thanks to their incredible efforts, we made our flight! I am truly grateful for their outstanding dedication. My family also loved the pool and the onsite playing area. The customer service from check-in to check-out was top-notch. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to malls. The concierge team, especially Mary, was fantastic and accommodated all our requests. The housekeeping team did a great job, although the curtains in our room needed cleaning. this hotel exceeded all expectations with its fantastic amenities and exceptional service. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay.

Although this place is recommended for families, we were impressed with the various services like limousine service, spa center, outdoor heated swimming pool, and fitness studio that could cater to any kind of traveler. With the rooftop pool and sun terrace, we were able to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful view.

The hotel had a great location, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants. the housekeeping staff was very professional and attentive to our needs, constantly ensuring our room was super clean. We also appreciated the spacious car park that came with the room, making it easy for us to park our vehicle.

The pool was perfect to chill after hitting up the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The hotel's location was sick for hitting up the clubs and shisha spots. So convenient for us party animals!

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and a metro station. The location is also close to many shops and malls. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is well designed and spacious. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, and the beds are comfortable. The view of the hotel is opposite a mall, and it's easy to coordinate the travel.

The hotel needs to improve the service, especially when it comes to helping guests with their luggage.

The swimming pool at the hotel is a true oasis in the bustling city; it's like finding a cool, refreshing lagoon in the middle of the desert! We spent hours basking in the sun and taking refreshing dips, and the poolside bar ensured that our thirst was always quenched.

Nearby bites included Ararat Restaurant for a taste of comfort. Cons: A blip with a smoking room, shared with my 8-month-old mini traveler, left us fanning the door. Breakfast was a bustling affair!
